I'm not a superstitious person, really. There seems that there is always something really bad and really good everyday... pretty much, anyway. I'm not sure of the high point of my day so far, but the worst part is burned in my memories.
Our class went to the school library so we could work on our class projects. Me and Quoia sat at a table, and I looked around, wondering where Skyler disappeared to (you knew that was coming, Britt). He came back a few minutes later, since he apparently was called to the office. Sooo, he came back and told me and Quoia what it was all about.
Skyler's brother (whose age I do not know, but he is under 9) was very sick. He had a temperature of 104 and climbing fast. Skyler's mom planned on taking the poor sick kid to the hospital after he hit 108. Now who thinks 108 is too high to risk? Thought so. Skyler was scared because he knows his mom... He couldn't contact her and tell her to take him right then. I felt bad. After he said that, Sean came over telling Skyler to get out of his chair... Now this pissed Skyler off, and Sean knew it, so he kept on asking us what was wrong. Skyler got another chair, and sat down. Not getting a book, not getting out his note cards, just taking out the packet we had and wrote his name in pen all over. I felt real bad. I couldn't concentrate on my work. I was just watching Skyler, trying to make him feel better as I noticed that his eyes were watering. He kept his head down alot. Just watching him like that made me want to cry.
Skyler was called to the office again, and both Quoia and I figured that he was going home or something. So we, or rather, I, gathered Skyler's things. I looked at the packet... both his first and last name was written all over the black edges of the first page. I went back to work, but told Sean what was wrong with Skyler so he would know why Skyler snapped at him like he did. It turned out that Skyler came back to the library. The rest of the day we pretty much watched a video about wolves. There were alot of cute animals ^^, awwww the cougar kittens were CUTE!!! Ok, I'm done, lol. Skyler seemed happy the rest of the day. Well, he seemed... himself.
I just thought I'd share with you guys what's on my mind currently, besides the fact that I'm tired. But now you know that to, and I'm going to shut up now and go to bed.
